The Challenge
Ternion Builders was tasked with constructing the two-level, 58,000 square foot tenant suite and remove portion of the structural concrete slab on deck to provide an interior monumental stair during the on-going renovation of 1441 L Street.
The Result
Ternion Builders successfully completed the construction of the 58,000 square foot space, which included detailed coordination and management for the demolition of the existing concrete slab and the construction of the monumental stair within the duration of the base building renovation.
