The Challenge
ClearView Communities required the need to expand educational programs for their patients and hoped to offer patients an opportunity to expand their knowledge with horticulture and required a greenhouse and outdoor meeting areas for classes and instruction. Due to the limitations on exterior open space on campus a site was required for this future classroom.
The Result
Ternion Builders provided design assist coordinating with ClearView Communities and the Project Consultants to locate and construct the greenhouse on an open structural framed deck elevated above the existing campus storm pond including pedestrian bridges connecting to the existing campus walking path.
