The Challenge
Building a 9,000 square foot, two-story building that included eight bedrooms as well as an education and art studio was a logistical challenge. We had to move all the construction equipment and materials through the campus entrance and occupied group home just to get to the job site. To further complicate matters, the project’s building footprint was just ten feet away from existing office buildings on either side.
The Result
Ternion Builders provided detailed coordination and daily scheduling to ensure that the limitations of the site and site access would not delay the project’s schedule, increase the budget or jeopardize the safety of construction personnel and ClearView Communities Staff and Patients.
