The Challenge

Ternion Builders served as construction manager to oversee the renovation of an existing 10 story office building and convert the structure to a 12-story Class A office building, with a new curtainwall façade, roof, PV system, elevators, MEP systems, green roof, a two-story lobby, athletic center and a penthouse exterior deck and amenity area. The client required the project to not only stay within budget and schedule but to achieve LEED Platinum.

The renovation was successfully completed on time and within budget and obtained the LEED Core & Shell Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
