Where Craftsmanship & Karma Intersect
Projects
With nearly 40 years of experience building stronger communities, our unwavering commitment to excellence extends across the construction industry where we’ve honed our skills to deliver impeccable results. Take a peek at some of our previous projects.
What We Do
Whether a project is for business offices, retail spaces, multi-family housing, flex/warehouses, government, educational, medical facilities, or tenant build-outs, we are devoted to serving our clients.
As your general contractor, we manage all aspects of your project including communicating with you and with any other stakeholders, hiring subcontractors and suppliers, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring that everything is successfully completed to your satisfaction on time and within budget.
As your construction management company, we will oversee the planning, design, and construction of your commercial space. We will manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure the project is completed. We will also work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other relevant parties to coordinate the various aspects of your project. Effective construction management is a critical component of any successful commercial construction project.
Our design-build services use an integrated approach with the design and construction phases of a project combined into one contract. This allows for greater collaboration between the design and construction teams, resulting in a more efficient and streamlined construction process. This can include everything from the initial design concepts to the final construction and project completion and closeout. This is especially effective for construction of office buildings, retail spaces, hotels, and healthcare facilities. With our design-build services, you will have a fast project timeline, with reduced costs, while benefiting from our increased communication throughout the entire process.
We offer site development services to prepare the land for construction by establishing erosion control. clearing, grading, as well as installing necessary utilities such as water, electricity, and sewer systems, followed by site improvements such as asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, lighting and asphalt drives and parking lots. This first step in commercial construction requires careful planning and execution to ensure the site is safe, efficient, and meets all necessary regulations and requirements.
Our value engineering is a process used to reduce commercial construction costs while maintaining or improving the quality of a project. This involves analyzing the project design and identifying ways to optimize materials, construction methods, and other factors to achieve the desired outcome at a more economical budget for our clients. We collaborate with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities so you can make informed decisions.
Historic renovation in commercial construction involves the restoration and preservation of buildings of significant cultural or architectural value. We are well versed in his process which is often more complex than traditional construction due to the need to comply with preservation guidelines and maintain historical integrity. This provides unique and attractive spaces for commercial businesses while preserving important pieces of history. This is a valuable way to honor the past while creating safe, functional, and structurally sound spaces for the future.
Our team includes LEED AP contractors who have achieved the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional credential awarded by the Green Business Certification Inc. This demonstrates our knowledge of and commitment to sustainable building practices and expertise in LEED certification. We are equipped to assist in the design, construction, and operation of buildings that are environmentally responsible, resource-efficient, and healthy for occupants. We can give you guidance on energy and water efficiency, waste reduction, using sustainable materials, and ensuring indoor environmental quality. In short, we can help you create environmentally responsible and resource-efficient buildings that contribute to a healthier future.
